When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, and any information about your property or project you include in the form — such as property type, location, budget range, target timeline and your message.
We collect nothing else. There are no tracking pixels, advertising cookies or behavioural profiling on this site.
How your information is used
Your details are used for one purpose: responding to your enquiry. That means replying to you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and — if you go on to engage the studio — managing your project correspondence.
We do not add you to marketing lists without asking first, and we do not send newsletters unless you have explicitly subscribed.
Analytics
No analytics service is currently enabled on this site. We do not measure visits, sessions or user behaviour in aggregate or individually. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated before it happens.
What we never do
Your personal information is never sold, rented or traded. It is not shared with third parties except where strictly necessary to respond to you (for example, nothing today) or where Singapore law requires it.
Retention and removal
Enquiry details are kept only as long as they serve their purpose. If you would like us to delete the information you submitted, contact us at the details below and we will remove it promptly.
