Our Belief

Good interiors begin with understanding how a space is actually lived in — not how it photographs.

Before we draw anything, we ask how your mornings run, where clutter gathers, which rooms go unused and why. Movement, storage, proportion and natural light decide whether a home works; colours and furniture only finish it.

We design for longevity — materials that age well in Singapore’s climate, layouts that absorb a family’s next ten years, and carpentry detailed to be lived with rather than admired once.

Featured Case Study

Queenstown Condominium

A developer-standard condo sharpened into a personal home through three moves: a deepened material palette, full-height joinery that reads as architecture, and a lighting scheme that does the heavy lifting where hacking couldn't.

The Process

Seven stages. No mysteries.

You always know which stage your project is in, what happens next, and what it costs before it happens.

01

Consultation

A conversation about how you live, what you own, and what the space must do — before any talk of styles or budgets.

02

Space Planning

Layout options tested against daily life — circulation, storage, light and proportion resolved on plan before aesthetics.

03

Concept Design

A coherent material and mood direction for the whole home, presented as palettes, references and 3D views.

04

Design Development

Every joinery piece, tile line and light position drawn and specified — the drawing set the works will actually follow.

05

Material & Carpentry Detailing

Samples reviewed in your home's actual light; joinery details resolved with the workshop before fabrication.

06

Renovation Coordination

Works supervised against the drawing set, with structured site updates and quality checks at every trade handover.

07

Styling & Handover

The final ten percent that makes a home feel resolved: styling, defect rectification, and a proper handover.

Craftsmanship

Material matters.

Surfaces are chosen for how they age in Singapore’s humidity, how they feel at 6am, and how they clean after a dinner party. Beauty that survives daily life is the only beauty we specify.

Behind the build

See the work behind the finish.

A resolved interior depends on more than a concept image: site coordination, measured installation, joinery alignment, lighting checks and finishing decisions all shape the final room.

This representative film keeps the execution layer visible while the project footage and business details remain placeholder content.

Homeowners

In their words.

Words from the households we design for. Placeholder quotes shown during development — replaced with genuine client words as projects complete.

They asked how we actually live before showing us a single rendering. The storage plan they drew changed how the whole flat works for us.

Calm, organised and precise about costs. Every variation was documented before it happened — there were no surprises at the end.

The house feels quiet in the best way. Friends assume we spent way more than we did — the planning did that, not expensive finishes everywhere.

FAQ

Asked often,\nanswered straight.

The questions Singapore homeowners ask us most. Business-specific policies are confirmed during consultation.

How much should I budget for a renovation in Singapore?

Most full-home renovations we discuss land in a range driven by three things: floor area, the extent of carpentry, and the condition of the home. Resale flats typically cost more than new BTO flats because of hacking, re-wiring and re-plumbing. During the consultation we map your scope to a realistic budget range before any design work begins, so decisions are made with numbers on the table.

How early should I engage an interior designer?

Two to four months before you want works to start is comfortable. That allows space planning, concept design, detailing and quotation without rushing decisions — late design decisions are the most common cause of delays. For new BTO flats, engaging us around key collection (or slightly before) works well.

Do you design HDB, BTO and condominium homes?

Yes. We work across HDB flats (new and resale), condominiums and landed properties. Each comes with different planning considerations — from HDB renovation guidelines to building-management requirements — and we handle the relevant approvals as part of project coordination.

How long does a typical renovation take?

On-site works for a full HDB or condo renovation typically run eight to twelve weeks, with design and detailing before that. Landed projects and extensive works take longer. We give you a week-by-week programme before works begin and flag any procurement lead times that could affect it.

Can I engage you for carpentry only?

Yes — custom carpentry (wardrobes, kitchen cabinetry, TV and storage units, study nooks) can be engaged as a standalone scope, coordinated with your existing contractor where one is already on board.

Can I work with my own contractor?

We can design and detail the project and coordinate with your contractor for the works. In practice, most clients engage us for design-and-build so responsibility for design intent, quality and timeline sits in one place — we'll recommend the arrangement that fits your project honestly.

Which areas of Singapore do you serve?

Island-wide. Project logistics are the same across regions, and our process is built around scheduled site checks rather than ad-hoc visits, so location rarely affects scope or fees.
